CV Villas are a tour operator offering villa holidays in Greece and Corfu in particular, as well as Spain, Italy, France, and the Caribbean.

Advertising channels have included banner ads, branded search, social, newspaper ads and TV.

With no fixed locations and offering full coverage of the UK, their challenge is to identify who their target customer are and the areas of the UK that can provide the greatest value so that advertising can be targeted more efficiently.

SMART-Insight ran analysis against the whole customer database and separately for different destinations, price points and past years of travel.

We also looked at the areas of the UK producing the greatest numbers of customers.

The results enabled us to provide CV Villas with guidance as to the common characteristics found within their customer base.

This enabled us to provide details of where these audiences are most easily found; the web sites they typically visit, the newspapers they read and the hobbies they enjoy.
